Ordering Process:

  2. Personalization: Provide accurate details for customization, including text, images, and specifications.
  3. Payment: Complete the payment process securely through our designated payment gateway.
  4. Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Customization:

  1. We reserve the right to reject any orders that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
  2. Please review all personalized details carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies provided by the customer.

Shipping:

  1. We aim to fulfill orders promptly and strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
  2. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
  3. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
  2. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days upon approval of the return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
