Terms and Conditions for Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery
1. Same-Day Delivery Service
We offer same-day delivery on select personalized products for customers located in Winterveldt, Mabopane, Soshanguve, and Ga-Rankuwa.
Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed for next-day delivery or the following business day.
Availability: Same-day delivery is available for select products only, which are clearly marked on the product pages.
Delivery Window: Same-day delivery orders will typically be delivered between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the same day of purchase.
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing the order. If same-day delivery is not feasible for any reason, you will be notified immediately to arrange an alternative delivery time or date.
Delivery Charges: Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
2. Next-Day Delivery Service
Next-day delivery is available for select items within Winterveldt, Mabopane, Soshanguve, and Ga-Rankuwa.
Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
Availability: Next-day delivery is only available for products that are clearly marked on the product pages.
Delivery Window: Next-day delivery orders will typically be delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM the following business day.
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing the order with delivery details.
3. General Terms
Product Availability: Both same-day and next-day delivery options are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable for immediate processing, we will notify you and offer an alternative delivery date or refund.
Delivery Areas: Same-day and next-day delivery services are limited to the following areas: Winterveldt, Mabopane, Soshanguve, and Ga-Rankuwa. We currently do not offer these services outside these locations.
Exclusions: Weekends, public holidays, and certain high-demand periods may be excluded from same-day and next-day delivery services.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or courier service issues.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order for same-day or next-day delivery, you must do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this time may not be processed, and you may be charged the full delivery fee.
Refunds: In the case of failed same-day or next-day deliveries due to an error on our part, we will either reschedule the delivery at no additional cost or provide a full refund for the delivery fee.
